Michael J. Casey
Mike Casey is Chairman of the Board of Directors and manager of the Chicago office. He was previously Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mike is based in Chicago and has more than 30 years of claims and structured settlement experience.
He began his insurance career in 1968 with Liberty Mutual as an Adjuster in the Chicago area. He later moved to Des Moines, Iowa, and was promoted to Claims Supervisor.
After six years with Liberty Mutual, he joined American Reserve in the Chicago Excess and Surplus Operation as a Supervisor and later became Assistant Claims Manager. He was then promoted to the home office claims staff as a Claims Director and ultimately Assistant Vice President.
Mike left American Reserve after five years and moved to Commercial Union where for three years he was the Midwest Regional Claims Manager, prior to joining Ringler Associates in 1981.
Mike was designated a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter in 1979. He is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
He received his bachelor of arts degree in business administration from St. Mary's College (1967) in Winona, Minnesota.
