W. Michael Woodyard
Mike is an associate in the Dallas and London offices. He has over 30 years of insurance experience including over 20 years in the structured settlement field. Mike joined Ringler Associates in 1993.
Mike's area of expertise is in the various fields of the transportation industry, including airlines, trucking and railroads. He also does considerable work in the areas of medical malpractice and workers' compensation.
Prior to entering the structured settlements field, Mike owned P.D.C., Inc., an insurance marketing firm that handled post retirement and fringe benefit planning for public corporations and law firms.
Mike has given hundreds of speeches to various industry organizations and law firms on the use of and negotiating with structured settlements.
He belongs to the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and was a founding member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
