Kelli Calais April
Kelli is a Settlement Annuity Specialist in the New Orleans office. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 17 years in the structured settlement field. She joined Ringler Associates in 1993.
Her services include attending settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other disposition hearings to resolve cases for general tort liability, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation claims. She also designs and presents settlement annuity plans and oversees all functions related to case settlements, including finalizing settlement documents.
Other services include performing file reviews, maintaining client relationships and interfacing with all parties involved in the structured settlement process. In addition, Kelli analyzes Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, Medical Cost Projections, and Life Care Plans to assist in claim resolution for all parties involved in a settlement.
She also participates in local and national seminars on the use of structured settlement annuities.
Kellli is currently licensed in Louisiana as an insurance broker.
Prior to joining Ringler Associates, Kelli held the position of Administrative Assistant in the Accounts Management Department of a third-party adjusting firm in New Orleans.
She is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and the Louisiana Claims Association, which includes the New Orleans and Baton Rouge Claim Associations as well.
