Jim is the Executive Vice President and National Sales Director at Ringler and serves as a member of the Board of Directors.

He was chosen by his peers in the profession as President-elect of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA), beginning his term in April 2017. See the news release here.

Jim joined Ringler in January 2002, was appointed to Senior Vice President in 2010 and has served as the Eastern Regional Director, managing 37 Consultants in 23 states as well as Washington, D.C., in addition to managing Northern New England. He has more than 33 years of insurance and structured settlements experience, and arranged more than 5,000 structured settlements in all 50 states since 1985. Jim also has served on the Board of Directors for NSSTA (National Structured Settlements Trade Association) in 2001 and again in 2007.

Jim Early is in charge of sales operations at the 70 offices nationwide for Ringler, leading the full-time efforts to build and maintain initiatives focused on services to clients and partners. When asked about helping to build the future at Ringler, Jim says, “It is more important now than ever, that Ringler explore new ways to lead the profession as the best choice to protect injury victims.”
