After a long and successful 27-year career, Shale Martin has retired. Shale started his structured settlement career in 1995 when he moved from an adjuster position at St. Paul to join their structured settlement company, which ultimately became part of Galaher Settlements. In 2013, Shale was instrumental in combining the operations of Galaher Settlements and Selective Settlements within Sedgwick, at that time serving as Vice President of the combined operation. In 2017, he joined Ringler, and we were honored to be the last stop on his professional journey.

Shale has partnered with Rees Hoover in Ringler’s Orlando office as his successor. Rees has been in the industry since 2015, when he joined the Orlando office, learning from one of the best in the business: his father, Scott Hoover.

We wish Shale all the best during his retirement as he spends more time traveling the world on various adventures and enjoying time with his three kids and granddaughter. We also congratulate both Shale and Rees on their partnership, and we know Shale’s clients are in great hands with Rees!
