Inside the Roundup Verdict of Hardeman v. Monsanto
A jury awarded an $80 million verdict to Edwin Hardeman, ruling he developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma due to his use of Roundup on his property. However, a federal judge slashed the damages award to $25.27 million. Ringler Radio host Larry Cohen and co-host Cindy Chanley talk with attorney Jennifer A.
