Carlton has been with Ringler for 13 years. Prior to that, he served in the United States Air Force.
Carlton received his initial training in structured settlements in the annuity department of a major life insurer. He has also participated in local and national seminars on the use of structured settlements.
His responsibilities include reviewing claim files, designing, presenting and explaining structured settlement proposals and assisting clients at settlement conferences and mediations.
Carlton has been married for 26 years and his wife teaches 5th grade. His daughter is a graduate of Texas A&M and his son currently attends the University of Texas San Antonio with plans to join the military. Carlton and his wife enjoy playing golf as often as possible.
