Brian M. Farrell, Jr., Chairman of the Board, Ringler Advisor

Brian Farrell was named Ringler’s Chairman after distinguished service on the Board and a career that began at Ringler in 2009. Brian owns and manages the Connecticut office of Ringler in Hartford, specializing in cases that involve general liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and professional liability as a well-known structured settlement consultant. Brian has extensive experience in the property-casualty claim industry in a number of claims handling and management positions, in both a home office and multiple field office settings, previously working at Travelers Insurance Company and Aetna Life and Casualty. He is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA). He graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Brian and his wife Debbie have two children and live in Connecticut.  Brian is an avid golfer and is also a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Peter C. Jachym, Vice Chairman of the Board

Peter Jachym has served as a member of the Ringler Board of Directors since 2016 and took on the role of President and CEO on an interim basis from June 2022 to October 2023. Peter is a veteran investment banker, strategic consultant, and private equity investor in the insurance and asset management industries and is the Managing Principal and Founder of Floreat Advisory Partners. Previously, he served as President, Insurance at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors, a New York-based hedge fund. Peter has also worked as a senior investment banker specializing in global mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for insurance companies and investment management firms at Guy Carpenter; Keefe, Bruyette & Woods; Banc of America Securities; Merrill Lynch & Co.; and Credit Suisse First Boston and was engaged in private equity investing with Head & Co., LLC. Peter also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum in New York. Peter received a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Gerardo Monroy, President and Chief Executive Officer

Gerardo Monroy brings to Ringler 30 years of well-rounded business experience. With more than 20 years of Financial Services experience, he has worked closely with all sales and distribution channels and has special appreciation and expertise in working collaboratively with both independent distribution channels and large field organizations. Gerardo most recently worked at Aflac as the SVP, Innovation Strategy & Execution and Business Owner of Empowered Benefits (a wholly owned Aflac subsidiary based in Charlotte, NC.) Before Aflac, he worked at CNO Financial in various Executive Leadership roles, his last two being CNO’s Chief Marketing Officer and President of Colonial Penn Life Insurance. Prior to joining the Financial Services Industry, he played leadership roles in the USA, Europe and Latin America at Carrier Corporation/United Technologies and Procter & Gamble. Gerardo has a B.A. in Public Accounting from the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico) and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Lynn DeMauro Clark, Ringler Advisor

Lynn DeMauro Clark first joined Ringler in 1991, serving as a Consultant through 2006. In 2009, she re-joined Ringler after a short period with another Structured Settlement company. Lynn previously worked as a Litigation Claims Handler from 1984 to 1991 for Commerce Insurance Company in Webster, MA and A.I.A.C. in Rocky Hill, CT. She specializes in cases involving workers’ compensation, auto and commercial liability, and medical malpractice.

Peter Early, Ringler Advisor

Peter Early is the head of Ringler Associates Northern New England and serves a diverse range of clients throughout the Northeast. He joined Ringler in 2005. For the past 17 years, he has enjoyed participating in settlement conferences and mediations, advising clients on structured settlements and other products to meet their needs, and ensuring that every case gets custom attention so the right solutions are in place following a claim resolution. Before joining Ringler, Peter worked on Capitol Hill and brought that experience to the National Structured Settlements Trade Association Board of Directors, where he was elected by his peers in 2020 Peter was also recently elected to the Ringler Associates Board of Directors.

Anthony Robinson, Ringler Advisor

Tony Robinson was elected to the Ringler Board of Directors in 2011. He has more than 22 years of experience in insurance, claims and structured settlements. He is experienced with all types of personal injury matters as well as taxable settlements for non-injury cases. Prior to joining Ringler, Tony worked for AON Risk Services and Travelers/Aetna. He has a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oregon, with Minors in Finance and Management. Tony also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Oregon Alumni Association and is the Chair of the Marketing Committee for the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Thomas R. Rudder, Consultant, QBE North America

Thomas is currently engaged as a consultant with the Executive Management Board and the President of Field Operations of QBE North America to improve distribution and create a culture of sales excellence. This includes guidance on distribution strategy, the development of a value proposition, organizational alignment and marketing and advertising. QBE is an international provider of insurance products and services. Before his position at QBE, Thomas was the President at USI Insurance Services from 2009 to 2011. From 1982 to 2009, Thomas worked at Liberty Mutual, eventually becoming the Executive Vice President of Field Operations, National Accounts. Thomas graduated from Colby College with his B.S. in Administrative Science and did post-graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University.

Ann Marie VonBank

Ann Marie VonBank heads the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Ringler and is a member of the governing Board of Directors. Respected by both the insurance industry and trial attorneys alike, she is known for her creative problem-solving skills and common sense approach to settlement planning – connecting with people where they are and helping them discover meaningful solutions to the challenges they face. Licensed throughout the United States, Ann Marie is a frequent speaker on a wide range of industry subjects, including Mediation Dynamics, Economic Damage Analysis, and Special Needs Planning. Ann Marie is married with two children and a dog. Whenever she can, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves to read, run, travel, and occasionally experiment in the kitchen.

Dawne E. Ware, CFO, AdviceOne, LLC

Dawne Ware is a finance and operations executive with over 25 years of experience forming, building and leading companies in the financial services sector. Dawne is Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Arch Insurance Group, Inc., a market-leading insurer providing specialty risk solutions to clients worldwide across a wide range of industries. Prior to Arch Insurance, Dawne was the CFO for Advice One, LLC, a wealth management firm, as well as principal of Ware Consulting LLC. In 2007, Dawne co-founded SPARTA Insurance, an insurance company focused on the unbundled program market. As CFO, she was responsible for all financial aspects of the company. After selling the company to Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd., Dawne became CEO and President of SPARTA Insurance Company, as well as President of Catalina U.S. Insurance Services LLC, where she integrated the majority of Catalina’s U.S. companies into a single operating platform. Dawne worked from 1994 to 2006 at Discover Re, a venture capital-funded company that served the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) market, where she ultimately became CFO. Dawne started her career at PwC.

William J. Wright, MBA, CFP, CSSC, Ringler Advisor

Bill Wright leads the Atlanta-area office of Ringler and holds more than 20 years of experience in settlement planning, financial risk management and insurance. Prior to joining Ringler, he worked in Financial Risk Manager and Business Development with GE Capital. Bill assists the injured and their families with the design and implementation of comprehensive settlement plans. He provides consultations convenient for the client and attends all types of settlement forums. Bill received a B.S. in Business Administration from National University in San Diego and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Bill serves on the Board of Trustees for the Risk Management Foundation at Georgia State University and on the CSSC/MCCS Committee of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association. He is married with two young sons and resides in Roswell, GA. Outside of work, his interests include golf, travel, Scouting and enjoying time with family.
