Katherine has spent the last 15 years in the settlement planning industry working in a variety of roles, including dedicated case manager, settlement specialist and manager of the support center. This diversity in positions has allowed her to hire and train case managers, work with IT to design solutions for the brokers and case management staff, and work with the brokers and their clients directly in mediations and handling detailed case work.
Prior to joining the settlement planning industry with Cambridge Galaher Settlements in 2002, Katherine worked as a Technical Recruiter for two large regional systems integration companies.
Katherine is married to her high school crush, Jim, and mom to two growing boys Eli, 14, and Luke, 8, who both love sports. She spends most weekends in a basketball gym or on a football or soccer field. Her family is all born and raised in North Carolina. She is also the caretaker of two beautiful Labradors and loves to spend time with them on her parent’s farm when time allows.
