Acclaimed Investment Banker Elected to the Ringler Board of Directors

Aliso Viejo, California, January 11, 2017 – Ringler, the nation’s largest settlement planning company, is pleased to announce that Peter C. Jachym, a veteran investment banker, strategic consultant and private equity investor in the insurance and asset management sectors, is now a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Jachym is Managing Director of Strategic Capital Markets at Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC , the reinsurance arm of Marsh & McLennan Companies in New York City.  He brings to Ringler his extensive experience in high-profile mergers and acquisitions, developing new capital sources, creating new and innovative business lines and reorganizing existing business lines.  Prior to joining Guy Carpenter in 2013, Mr. Jachym held senior executive positions at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., Banc of America Securities, Head & Company, LLC, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Credit Suisse First Boston. He also currently serves on charitable boards for the Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum in New York City, as well as The MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, New Hampshire, the oldest artists’ colony in the United States.

Mr. Jachym’s extensive experience working with mid-to-large size companies, both nationally and internationally, is well suited for Ringler. President and CEO of Ringler, Geoffrey E. A graduate of The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and Yale University, Mr. Jachym lives in New York City and enjoys fly-fishing, sailing, rowing, opera and classical music in his spare time.
