Introduction

In 2007, at the urging of Ringler Founder and brother-in-law David Ringler, Herb opened the Ringler Tennessee office in Nashville. Over the years, with Dave’s mentoring and Herb’s strong marketing and relationship-building skills, Ringler Tennessee quickly became profitable. In 2008, Herb was promoted to Associate and became the President of Ringler Associates Tennessee Inc.

Herb is an objective settlement consultant with 17 years of experience managing and settling various types of cases, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful incarceration, and minor cases. Herb uses his empathy and compassion for helping others in his needs-based approach to finding the right solutions for his injured clients and their families. Herb excels in his expertise in the design of structured settlements, tax-free periodic plans.

Herb is a native of Hanahan, SC, and is proud of his Lowcountry heritage.

After playing football at Newberry College, he spent the next 5 years working on a professional football career in the NFL and USFL (1981-1986). He moved to Nashville in 2007 and quickly adopted the Predators and Titans as his favorite sports teams. He loves live music, playing golf, and boating.
