Introduction

Joe is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Ringler. He has direct responsibility for all corporate operations, including finance and accounting, human resources, licensing and information technology.

Joe joined the company’s Corporate Office in Newport Beach, California in 2000 and since then has held positions in information technology, finance and operations management. In 2011, he was named Director of Operations and ultimately assumed management responsibility for all operational functions of the corporate office.

Prior to joining Ringler, Joe was a Financial Advisor and Marketing Specialist with Cal Fed Investments, where he developed and recommended financial planning and investment solutions to Cal Fed’s banking and investment clients.
