Peter Jachym has served as a member of the Ringler Board of Directors since 2016 and took on the role of President and CEO on an interim basis from June 2022 to October 2023. Peter is a veteran investment banker, strategic consultant, and private equity investor in the insurance and asset management industries and is the Managing Principal and Founder of Floreat Advisory Partners. Previously, he served as President, Insurance at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors, a New York-based hedge fund. Peter has also worked as a senior investment banker specializing in global mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for insurance companies and investment management firms at Guy Carpenter; Keefe, Bruyette & Woods; Banc of America Securities; Merrill Lynch & Co.; and Credit Suisse First Boston and was engaged in private equity investing with Head & Co., LLC.

Peter also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum in New York.

Peter received a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
