Ringler Announces the Addition of Dawne Ware to the Ringler Board of Directors

Ringler, the nation’s largest settlement planning company in the nation, is pleased to announce the addition of Dawne Ware to the Ringler Board of Directors.

Dawne Ware is a finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience forming, building and leading companies in the property casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. As a former CEO and CFO in a wide variety of company environments, Dawne brings her expertise to the Ringler Board of Directors as a respected business professional and as a trusted consultant.

Currently, Ms. Ware is a director of the insurance consultanty practice of Marcum LLP, one of the largest independent accountant and consultanty firms in the country. Prior to Marcum, she co-founded SPARTA Insurance, an insurance company focused on the unbundled program market. After the sale of SPARTA to Catalina, she remained for two years as the president of Catalina U.S. Insurance Services where she led the company’s efforts to grow their portfolio of businesses, maintain strong relationships, integrate acquisitions and manage the operations. Other ventures in Ms. Ware’s career include work at Discover Re, Phoenix Equity Planning Corporation and PwC.
