Introduction

Rees Hoover is a settlement consultant in the Orlando office and has been involved in the structured settlement industry since 2015. Some of Rees’ responsibilities include attending mediations, preparing structured settlement proposals, and interacting with attorneys, adjusters, and the injured party. He evaluates and negotiates physical injury claims, including medical malpractice, auto injury claims, liability claims, and worker’s compensation injury claims.
