Scott Hoover has been in the structured settlement industry for more than 22 years. He owns and operates the Ringler Orlando office.
His accomplishments include receiving The Rookie of the Year award during his first year of Associate Production. He also received the prestigious Chairman’s Award, followed by The Producer of the Year in 2008. Scott was the Southern Division Manager for five years, 2004-2009. Scott has served on the Ringler Board of Directors since 2004.

Scott has focused much of his work on the implementation of structured settlements for physically and brain injured children.
