Prior to working for Ringler, Troy worked at Pacific Life for 17 years across three departments, gaining extensive experience in licensing, commissions, and structured settlements. In the Licensing & Commissions Department, he appointed financial advisors and processed commission payments. In the Structured Settlement New Business Department, Troy reviewed and validated settlement agreements and qualified assignment agreements, court orders, and processed commission payments. In the Structured Settlement Sales Department, he provided and revised competitive rate quotes and reviewed cases to ensure eligibility under IRC §104(a)(2).
Simon enjoys going to the lake, boating, fishing, and taking his bike out to hit the trails. He is also a big movie buff and enjoys a good action and adventure film.
