Greg Bashaw is President of CP Resolutions, LLC (“CPR”). Greg has more than 25 years of experience in business law and marketing.
Greg began his career after law school as an attorney for the Nevada Legislature, where he researched and wrote statutes and regulations for the State of Nevada. One of his areas of expertise was the regulation of the state insurance industry.
After getting his M.B.A. with an emphasis in technology and marketing, Greg moved to Frankfurt, Germany, to serve as Director of Business Development for a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics. He was later promoted to Managing Director of that company. After moving back to the United States, he joined a Fortune 50 company at their headquarters as a National Merchant, running a $450 million book of business.
During his time in business, Greg was an integral part of several large and small database design and implementation projects.
Greg then decided that he wanted to be part of a smaller company and began working as Head of Business Development at a Medicare compliance company. He then joined Tom Evans as a partner at CP Resolutions.
At CP Resolutions, Greg is acts as general counsel and is head of marketing and technology.
Greg has a J.D. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas, Austin.
Greg and his wife have been married for nearly 30 years. They have four children and two very busy grandsons.
